Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and follow the safe harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will respond to written notices of claimed copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send us a notice.

For us to act, your written notice of claimed infringement must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of them.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing that is to be removed, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it, such as its URL on the Site.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as a name and a means of reply.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If your notice does not substantially comply with these requirements, we may be unable to act on it. Notices may be submitted through the LinkedIn profile linked on the Site, and we will provide a means of formal delivery on request.

We may remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing, and, in appropriate circumstances, we may decline to act where a valid counter-notice is provided. Misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may carry liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
